MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Equal opportunities in all sectors of the economy in Africa is a necessity for anyone aiming for development sustainable.

The trade, transport and logistics sectors do not are not left out, especially as their roles are increasingly more strategic in economic and social development of our States.

In 2021, I had a conviction that gave birth to a vision in me. I carry this vision with great passion I made this vision my mission through Women In Logistics - Africa (WILA) Inspiring women to achieve great things and impact within communities.

For me, the supply chain/logistics sector has been a obviously.

My commitment to women's leadership, diversity genders and inclusion demonstrates my desire to move mentalities in Africa regarding the place of women as as employees, traders, consumers and taxpayers. This is why WILA has chosen to focus mainly on actions in favor of gender to deconstruct prejudices, limiting beliefs and stereotypes. Because our organization leads a political, social and civic struggle. Since April 2021, I have had the chance to be surrounded by women and of men who understood the need to create an Africa inclusive in which men and women are valued whatever the field of activity.

And then, together we we forged the VILA2030 Thanks to the Ivorian authorities, to the private sector of Côte d'Ivoire and to our entire WILA community in Africa for their support in the initiatives carried out by our organization.
