The non-profit association Women In Logistics-Africa (WILA) was born in April 2021, from the desire of its founding members to respond in a visible way to the representation of gender (of women in this case) in supply chain professions / logistics but above all to promote leadership women acting in this high-stakes sector throughout the African continent.

Our vision is to be the reference for women's organizations in the sector of Supply Chain/Logistics on the African continent.

Our Objectives

🔵 Highlighting women in the Supply Chain/Logistics industry everywhere in Africa

🔵 Create business opportunities on the continent and beyond the continent

🔵 Implement programs to promote the sector among young people and of the fairer sex everywhere in Africa

🔵 Promote the leadership of women in the logistics sector in Africa to be force of proposals to public authorities and the private sector.
