The non-profit association Women In Logistics-Africa (WILA) was born in April 2021, from the desire of its founding members to respond in a visible way to the representation of gender (of women in this case) in supply chain professions / logistics but above all to promote leadership women acting in this high-stakes sector throughout the African continent.
Our mission is to promote women's leadership in the chain sector supply and logistics in Africa.
Our vision is to be the reference for women's organizations in the sector of Supply Chain/Logistics on the African continent.

Leadership: We are guided by an ideal, that of putting women at the forefront heart of development of communities, societies and even the continent. Without leadership no development can be materialized.
Excellence:We are constantly improving our skills and knowledge in order to remain creative and innovative. The success of WILA is based on trust between members, the integrity of members and in compliance with our commitments.
