Le Samedi 6 avril 2024,Women In Logistics - Africa (WILA)au Cameroun a lancé son programme de mentorat dédié à ses membres 12 femmes mentors pleinement engagées vont accompagner 12 mentees , dans leur développement personnel et professionnel durant 6 mois 👌 Le programme 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐀 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 est un véritable levier qui prépare davantage la jeunesse à développer les aptitudes et réflexes nécessaires pour s’insérer sereinement et durablement dans les sphères de l’emploi au plan national et international. Ce lancement officiel a été animé par une masterclass dont le thème 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 : 𝐎𝐬𝐞𝐳-𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐞́𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 a été apprécié par toutes les participantes. . . . On Saturday April 6, 2024 WILA in Cameroon launched its mentoring program dedicated to its members. 12 fully committed mentors will support 12 mentees in their personal and professional development for 6 months. The 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐀 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 program is a lever that further prepares youth to develop the skills and reflexes necessary to integrate serenely and durably into the spheres of Employment nationally and internationally.
